Work / Brand Ambassadorship

Some briefs need someone in the centre of the stage. Others need someone behind the curtain.

Brand ambassadorship works when the person representing the brand understands it so well, they own the room and the audience. The right person isn't easy to find.

I work on both sides of that brief. As a spokesperson and moderator with experience across corporate events, media formats, and on-camera commercial work. And as the strategist behind the scenes: identifying the right ambassadors, briefing them properly, and building the system that makes their presence consistent and effective.

Selected Work

On camera, on brief, on budget.

The Ribcraft R580 commercial started with an idea and a blank page. We had built a prototype, a boat configured for fishing and watersport adventures. The brief was to create an authentic depiction of what the boat could do.

I wrote the script and storyboard, making sure the narrative worked. I coordinated the full-day shoot with the operations team – location scouting, equipment, talent, logistics, catering – and appeared on camera.

Working with a videographer, photographer, and our in-house graphic designer, we produced two finished videos and a full set of images for two different boat configurations, each with its own character and target audience.

VisitDubai – a different perspective

When people think of Dubai, they think glamour, beach, and malls. The #VisitDubai content series was meant to show a different side of being an expat in the emirate: a normal life, grounded in experiences and culture.

In 2021, I was chosen to present Dubai to the German-speaking market. The videos were scripted based on insights gathered from YouTube: Germans enjoy factual deep dives, cultural reflections, nature, environment and sustainability, the history and the social fabric of a place.

The project kicked off a longer-term collaboration. When Expo 2020 opened, I was invited back to visit the German Pavilion for Facebook, and later featured on Instagram cycling along Jumeirah Beach and baking Emirati-inspired pistachio-date tarts with a group of German women.

Events & Moderation

Present. On both sides of the podium.

Moderating strategy conferences, presenting to regional partner networks, hosting industry panels, and preparing the people who needed to stand where I've stood.

I know what it feels like to be on stage; and that's what makes the briefing useful, coaching on thought leadership included. The talking points, the trends, the dots that connect and resonate. Which nerves are normal, which questions will come, and what the audience actually needs from the person in front of them.

My first client-side role came from interviewing for a promotional team presenting Lumix cameras in malls. I didn't get the hostess job, but I joined the Corporate Marketing Team. I've never forgotten what it feels like to be the person representing the brand on the ground.

Let's talk

Two sides of the same brief. One conversation to find out which one you need.
